What is OGSM?
OGSM stands for Objective, Goals, Strategies and Measures. It is a method for capturing a whole strategy on one page: an ambition in words, goals that make it measurable, strategic choices, and measures that split into the KPIs you steer by and the actions you take.
Who is OGSM.online for?
Any team or organization that wants to execute its strategy, from a single management team to organizations running hundreds of them. Executives use it to make strategy work across the organization, team leaders to give their team direction, and employees to see what actually matters this quarter.
How does the free trial work?
You get full access for 30 days. No credit card required, and the trial stops automatically. If you want to continue you activate a subscription and keep everything you built.
Do I need to know the OGSM method already?
No. The platform guides you through each step and the built-in checklist keeps the plan sharp. The full method is written up on this site for free, and for larger rollouts we work with partners who provide training.
Is my data secure?
Toolsfactory is ISO 27001:2022 certified. The platform is hosted in the Netherlands, backups and AI processing stay inside the EU, and two-factor authentication is available on every plan.
Do we need software to work with OGSM?
Not to start. You can write a good OGSM on a whiteboard. Software starts to matter during execution, once several people report progress, once you want trends rather than snapshots, and once more than one team's plan has to stay connected.
