Pricing questions
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Nothing, unless you decide to continue. The trial stops automatically. No credit card, no automatic charge. If it works for your team you activate a subscription and pick up where you left off.
What does unlimited users mean?
Invite your whole team, department or organization at no extra cost per person. You pay per team, never per seat.
How is the Pro price calculated?
€135 per month for your first team, plus €77 per month for each additional team up to 10. Three teams is €135 plus two times €77, so €289 per month. Above 10 teams you are into Enterprise pricing.
What is the Enterprise plan?
Pro pricing runs to 10 teams. Above that every additional team carries a volume discount, and that is what Enterprise is: the same platform, quoted for your size, with training and rollout support. Contact us for a quote.
Can I upgrade from Start to Pro later?
Yes. Many organizations start with one team, prove the approach works and then roll out more widely. Your existing OGSMs and users move with you.
Do you offer implementation support?
Yes. We provide training for administrators, users and super users, and we work with partners who guide organizations through both the method and the platform.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices exclude VAT.
How does per-team pricing compare with per-user pricing?
Most alternatives price per user, which behaves very differently as you grow. Per team with unlimited users means inviting the whole organization to see the plan costs nothing extra. Model your second year at your expected size before comparing headline numbers.
