Pricing questions
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Nothing, unless you decide to continue. The trial stops automatically, no credit card, no automatic charge. If OGSM.online works for your team, you activate your subscription and pick up right where you left off.
What does "unlimited users" mean?
Exactly what it says. Invite your whole team, department or organization at no extra cost per user. You pay per team (Start) or based on the number of teams (Pro), never per seat.
How is the Pro price calculated?
Pro starts at €135 per month for your first team and adds €77 per month for each additional team, up to 10 teams. So three teams cost €135 + 2 × €77 = €289 per month. From more than 10 teams onward you get a volume discount, contact us and we'll put together a quote. You can try Pro free for 30 days first.
Can I upgrade from Start to Pro later?
Yes. Many organizations start with one team, prove the approach works, and then roll OGSM out more widely. Your existing OGSMs and users move with you. Contact us and we'll arrange it.
Do you offer implementation support?
Yes. We provide training for administrators, users and super users, and we work with experienced implementation partners who can guide your organization through both the methodology and the platform.
Is VAT included?
No, all prices are excluding VAT.
