Toolsfactory develops intelligent online tools that help teams work towards success. We have been building software reliably and with an eye for innovation since 2014, originally under the name Jester Tools and, since January 2022, as Toolsfactory.

We work closely with our customers across a wide range of sectors: government, trade associations, SMEs, financial institutions, healthcare and multinationals. Our tools are used by teams all over the world, from China and Brazil to South Africa and Norway. We keep improving them together with the people who use them, with information security and customer feedback as our compass. Toolsfactory is ISO 27001:2022 certified and based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.

In our daily work we are flooded with practical methods, handy apps and AI. OGSM and OGSM.online are powerful tools in that same vein. All of those tools make us smarter and more productive, but only as long as people stay at the center. An OGSM is the plan of a group of people who work together towards success. Remco works at the intersection of people and technology, translating what users need into software that helps them get there. He is also co-author of Bridging Strategy and Execution, a book on working with OGSM.

Frank Groeneveld

Owner

Frank has been involved since Toolsfactory started in 2014, first as its software supplier through his own company and later as co-owner. He built the platform's first version and still turns ideas into working software every day, keeping OGSM.online fast, reliable and secure.
